**Requirements**

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, a current NMC/SW England Registration, RCN/Unison/ membership, and experience working in a surgical or acute setting or social work. A valid DBS on the updated service is also required.

 

**Responsibilities**

This role includes assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care, working with the Social Work Code of Ethics, monitoring and administering medication, managing admission and discharge, wound care, IV administration, pre and post-operative care, and phlebotomy.

**Requirements**

Candidates should have the right to work in the UK, experience in a care home, community, or hospital setting, and a valid DBS on the update service. Car ownership and driving abilities are necessary for community HCAs.

 

**Responsibilities**

You’ll help residents with daily living activities such as personal care, toileting, feeding, and pad change, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to meet residents’ needs, provide person-centred care, assist with mobility, moving and handling, and promoting independence. You will assist in the delivery of care to meet individual’s health and well-being needs, perform phlebotomy for Community/hospital settings, female catheter insertion for Community HCAs, and wound care for Community HCAs.
